Sue Vaughan has got it going on! We live up north and without a realtor that was on top of every step we would have never found our dream home! Sue listened to what we were looking for and guided us to an area that was absolutely perfect. Sue sent us countless videos on homes all over our target area. Her negotiation skills and persistence paid off as we actually got a great deal in a very hot market. Now we are living the dream in Florida and I can't thank Sue enough. P.S.
